Drayton Manor Share FIRST LOOK At ‘New’ Drunken Barrels.

Drayton Manor Share Our FIRST LOOK At The 'NEW' Drunken Barrels!

Drayton Manor have gifted fans with their FIRST LOOK at the newly re-themed Drunken Barrels ride this morning (14/03/2024).

The spinning Intamin flat ride which first opened at Drayton Manor back in 2006 has undergone an ‘explosive transformation’ to fit in with the park’s NEW for 2024 wild western themed landname still TBC.

In the second short teaser video released by the park today we get our first look at how the ‘western street’ has been transformed, however the surrounding buildings are looking and most importantly how Drunken Barrels now fits into the area.

Yesterday’s first teaser also confirmed speculation that the newly created balconies above the previous cafe exiting The Haunting could infact be used as performance space for actors and actresses too.

Drayton Manor Resort are however running a ‘guess the name of our new land‘ competition at present and as such, entries are due to cease tomorrow at 12PM.

With this in mind we fully expect the name of the new land to be announced over the next few days – quite probably tomorrow evening.

The new roller coaster currently under construction won’t open with the new land on the 24th March and as such will open later this Spring (exact date still TBC).

Regardless. we can’t wait to get back down to Drayton Manor Resort later this month and as such we’ll be sure to bring you our full thoughts on the ‘new’ Drunken Barrels (and the rest of the area) very soon.
