Meet The Team
Theme Park Insanity has seen considerable growth since it’s first inception back in July of 2019 and now boasts a team of 4.
From creating up to date news and blog content to publishing daily videos over on our official YouTube channel and TikTok account, each member of the TPI team harbors their own individual role in helping bring our vision to life.
When it comes to ensuring every avenue is met however, we have found that creating a well organised and choreographed approach to content creation has been instrumental in moving forwards in 2023 as the brand has seen it’s most substantial growth this year alone.
We therefore present the TPI team…
JOE
Owner, Founder & CEO.
Joe is our founder and CEO. He first founded Theme Park Insanity back in July 2019 with the vision to create an all encompassing theme park and attractions focused brand covering everything from the latest industry news to fully reviewing attractions, covering developments within the industry and sharing his passion for the themed attractions industry as a whole!
Theme Park Insanity was born out of his long standing passion for all things theme park and attractions related – a passion he has had since he first started visiting Lightwater Valley as a child with his parents and brother.
Joe is responsible for the day to day management of all aspects of TPI and focuses mainly on creating content for the website, YouTube channel and Facebook Page as well as creating content for Instagram too.
He also coordinates answering any queries via email, direct message and works alongside Matt to direct the brand and ensure our constantly high standards are met at all times.
MATT
Director & Content Creator
Matt originally joined the TPI as a content creator at the back end of 2022 and has recently been appointed to the newly created role of Director due to his consistent dedication, high standards of content creation and overall passionate approach to everything he brings to the brand.
Our newly promoted director works closely alongside our CEO to ensure all aspects of Theme Park Insanity’s day to day running are met.
Matt also supports the team & plays a significant role in the decisions made on the direction TPI takes.
From the hiring of new team members to the way we create content, the types of content create and any new additions or content we may launch, Matt is heavily involved with all of the above.
Our director’s favourite theme park is Efteling in the Netherlands & his love for exploring new parks keeps him busy as he coordinates his adventures around his busy work schedule.
CRAIG
IT & Website Coordinator
Craig is our IT & Website Coordinator. He’s responsible for all aspects of the day to day running and support of Theme Park Insanity’s official website.
As well as supporting TPI in his role with our team, Craig also runs his own Flamingo Land focused theme park and attractions blog named Flamingopics.
Our IT Coordinator also owns onsite accommodation at Flamingo Land too and spends a lot of time on park enjoying it’s many rides and attractions with his family.
Craig has also been instrumental in supporting and helping expand our brand since 2020 and has always ensured our website has been kept up to date, relevant and above all functional and operating at all times.
Elise
TIKTOK Content Creator & Coordinator
Elise is a Midlands based content creator with a love for dark rides and walkthrough attractions.
Content creation is something she enjoys doing and you will often find her at themeparks at a strange angle (Or more often, sat on the floor) to try and get the right shot. Her “home” park is Drayton Manor, however you will see her all over the place.
Her bright colour hair is a bit of a beacon when it comes to spotting her, but it changes colour sometimes!
When not creating content at themeparks, she can be found at events across the country as a cosplayer (Good luck trying to recognise her there!) or working in her IT job.
Since joining the team Elise has also helped to drive forward growth on our TikTok platform and has become an integral part of the team assisting in the day to day creation of Facebook content too as well as answering comments, dealing with queries and more.
