Pleasure Beach Opens Nickelodeon Land For February Half Term!
Pleasure Beach Resort have revealed plans to open Nickelodeon Land this February half term ahead of the amusement park’s official opening the following month.
Families will have the chance to enjoy the UK’s only Nickelodeon Land in it’s entirety for the reduced cost of £25.00 per person this half term.
The new reduced opening not only allows younger guests and older ones alike the chance to enjoy all of their favourite, Nickelodeon IP based attractions, however it also makes Pleasure Beach Resort in Blackpool one of the first UK theme parks to reopen for 2025!
Pleasure Beach Resort will reopen Nickelodeon Land to families from Saturday 15th February to Sunday 23rd February and has also revealed they will be reopening Wallace & Gromit’s Thrill-O-Matic for guests to enjoy during their half term visit too.

Talking about the park’s new February half term offering, Amanda Thompson OBE has said;
“This is the first time in over ten years we have opened for February half term in its entirety, and we’re really excited about it.
“We understand that the demand for cost-friendly things to do in February half term is ever-growing. Each year parents look for things to do with their children come rain or shine. So, over the winter period our team has worked especially hard to get Nickelodeon Land open before the rest of the park. We want families and friends to be able to have something to look forward to in the first academic break of the year.”
Alternatively, families can also choose to enjoy the park’s NEW for 2025 ‘Adventure Package’ for £40.00 per person. This includes one visit to Nickelodeon Land, a visit to Ripley’s Believe it or Not, a round of ice skating in the Pleasure Beach’s onsite ice skating arena (including boot hire) and a round of Adventure Golf.
What’s more, all activities do not need to be enjoyed on the same day and can be spaced out throughout the February half term holidays.
Speaking further about the newly introduced Adventure Package, Amanda Thompson OBE went on to say;
“We’ve also created a package which includes four exciting activities. This means that parents and children can enjoy a packed itinerary of activities for half term all under one ticket, without the hassle.”

Pleasure Beach Resort is set to open the rest of the park (including iconic rides and attractions such as ICON, The Big One and Valhalla) from Saturday 1st March 2025.
More recently the park also revealed they will ‘relaunch’ Ice Blast – the park’s much loved S&S shot tower under the new identity Launch Pad this season too, however an exact date for this is still yet to be announced.
The newly re-imagined ride will bring back the ride’s former glory with a brand new cylinder meaning the launch will be much more powerful and on par with the ride’s early days once back open.
