Efteling Reveal NEW Ride For 2026!
Efteling have revealed a NEW ride for 2026! The highly acclaimed and much loved Dutch theme park based just outside Eindhoven in the Netherlands have announced they will add a brand new attraction for their 2026 season.
The park revealed the news recently announcing the arrival of a new, fully themed free fall attraction for Summer 2026 located directly next to the park’s heavily themed dive coaster Baron 1898.
What’s more, Efteling’s latest new attraction will expand on Baron 1898’s existing area with an accompanying storyline to compliment the dive coaster.
The new attraction which looks to be made up of THREE fully themed, family friendly drop tower rides is set to begin construction after the summer season and will be ready to open in time for Summer the following year.
Along with the announcement Efteling have also shared official concept art showing how they intend the new attraction to look once complete.

Speaking about their latest upcoming new addition, Koen Sanders – Director Product, Market & Image states;
“This new family attraction seamlessly complements the area around Baron 1898. It is deliberately smaller in scale and as a result, adds to the capacity and attraction offer for a wider audience. Matching our area vision, the atmosphere and theme is similar to Baron 1898 to fully immerse our guests in the story of the Baron and the Wailing Women.”
It’s said that those boarding the new rides are the “chimney sweepers” for the Baron and will be cleaning the chimney stacks of the Baron’s curse gold mine foundry.
