Drayton Manor Announce NEW Official Partnership!
Drayton Manor Resort – a popular family theme park located near Tamworth in the Midlands has announced a brand new official partnership with a well known sports name.
The news was unveiled yesterday (25/06/2024) by the park themselves in an official release revealing their new partnership with well known football team Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C.
The news marks the football club’s FIRST EVER official family partnership ahead of their upcoming 2024/25 season.
It’s being revealed that Drayton Manor Resort will work alongside Wolverhampton Wanderers to support their family focused offerings during the upcoming season.
This will include (but will not be limited to) sponsorship of the club’s family enclosure, support with the Young Wolves membership programs and becoming the main partner in their match day mascot experiences.
Molineux Stadium – Wolverhampton Wanderers’ home stadium is also located just 45 minutes from Drayton Manor Resort.
Last year, Drayton Manor Resort was also awarded UK’s BEST Value Theme Park at the 2023 UK Theme Park Awards.
So far, 2024 has seen the family theme park introduce two new additions to their line up with both The Wave (the new for 2024 sit down re-imagining of the park’s popular Shockwave roller coaster) and Frontier Falls (Drayton Manor’s new for 2024 Wild West themed family land) now both open and available to explore.
Drayton Manor Resort is also set to open a UK’s first roller coaster this Summer too with their new Intamin Lift and Launch family roller coaster currently receiving it’s finishing touches at the rear of the park.
As well as playing host to a family theme park Drayton Manor Resort also features a 15 acre on site zoo, the UK’s only Thomas Land & a 4 star on site hotel featuring 150 family rooms including executive rooms, presidential rooms, 15 Thomas & Friends™ themed rooms and 10 Vikings-themed hotel rooms.
Speaking about the new partnership Victoria Lynn – Drayton Manor Resort’s MD has said;

Alongside the football club’s new official partnership, Wolves season ticket holders and members will have the chance to enjoy exclusive savings with Drayton Manor too.
These will include special offers and exclusive discounts which the club and park will share with fans throughout their upcoming season
Drayton Manor have also revealed they will offer a free theme park admission ticket to all match day mascots during the 24/25 season.
