Blackpool Pleasure Beach Have Revealed A BRAND NEW Identity For 2024!
Blackpool Pleasure Beach have officially unveiled a BRAND NEW name & look for their upcoming 2024 season.
Pleasure Beach Resort as they’re now called is the beginning of a new era for the highly popular, Fylde Coast based amusement park.
The park revealed their new look via their social media channels and quickly updated their official website and other channels to match their new identity.
The park is officially set to welcome guests back from Saturday 2nd March 2024 and as such we plan (like many others) to be there on Pleasure Beach Resort’s opening day to help welcome in the new season.
The park itself plays host to a full range of modern and classic rides and roller coasters such as ICON – the UK’s only double launch, full circuit roller coaster, The Big One – the UK’s former tallest roller coaster and Big Dipper – one of the park’s original wooden coasters which celebrated it’s centenary last year to name but a few.
Blackpool Pleasure Beach also features two on site hotels – The Big Blue Hotel & The Boulevard Hotel both of which are owned and operated by The Thomson family.
Their new identity not only reflects the fact guests can ‘stay and play’, however it also fits a marketing strategy of marketing Pleasure Beach Resort as an all encompassing family leisure destination.
We also find it interesting that the park have chosen to drop “Blackpool” from the name even though they have always (for the most part) feature their location as part of their name.
Regardless, we look forward to seeing how their new identity evolves and adapts to the park and merchandise in the year ahead.
