Efteling Are Set To Rename Their Iconic Hotel For 2025!
Efteling are set to rename their iconic hotel in 2025. The park’s much loved Efteling Hotel will close in early 2025 for a full revamp ahead of it’s reopening under the new name.
The Efteling Hotel first opened at the park back in 1992 and since doing so has welcomed generations of guests to the park being the first and last thing guests visiting Efteling usually see.
On January 06th 2025 however The Efteling Hotel is set to close it’s doors under it’s current name for the very last time as the accommodation undergoes a major transformation before reopening in mid April of next year.
In keeping with the hotel’s position, the newly reimagined accommodation will also be given a fantastical new name and hence forth will be known as The Efteling Wonder Hotel.
The Efteling Wonder Hotel is set to continue the fairytale experience offered by the theme park by playing host to a whole new range of fairytale themed rooms and suites.
Speaking about the Efteling Hotel’s upcoming transformation, Nicole Scheffers, Director Park & Resorts has said;
“With the opening of the Efteling Grand Hotel in 2025 on the horizon, we wanted to position our very first hotel even more clearly.
The Efteling Wonder Hotel stands out from our other overnight stay locations through strong theming. The hotel, with its boundless wonder, is our very own floating castle of fairytales.”
2025 is also set to welcome a BRAND NEW signature hotel at Efteling too offering those staying direct access into the park from the entrance plaza itself.
The new hotel, set to open at some point in 2025 will also fit the current brand values of the iconic dutch theme park and will offer unique views of Efteling after dark for those staying onsite.
Since first opening in 1952 Efteling has welcomed more than 130 million guests to the park and remains one of Europe’s BIGGEST and most loved theme parks to date.
