The new theme park is set to be located in Itu, Brazil just outside Sao Paulo and will feature an array of rides and attractions from a range of industry leading manufacturers once open.
To date, THREE key ride manufacturers have been confirmed to be involved in the Cacau Show development including SBF Visa Group, Zamperla and Vekoma Rides.
In a recent post speaking about Cacau Park on their social media, Vekoma have stated;

The region of Brazil where Cacau Park will be located currently plays home to 28 million inhabitants all said to be living with a 100 Km radius of the proposed site for the park.
Said to be influenced by other major industry theme parks across the world Cacau Park will be the center of entertainment, gastronomy and incredible experiences.
Cacau Park will also play host to 50 different rides and attractions including Latin America’s fastest and tallest roller coaster.
The record breaking roller coaster is said be designed Vekoma and will reach heights of up to 55 meters, reach speeds of up to 120 Km/H in just 5 seconds and span 1 km in total.
Alongside the rides and attractions Cacau Park will also feature it’s very own leisure district hailed as an elegant open air boulevard featuring concept stores, themed restaurants and attractions that will serve both day guests and the general public alike.
Finally Cacau Park will also play host to it’s very own themed hotels too offering those visiting the chance to enjoy an overnight stay and spread their time at the park across more than just one day.
Cacau Show’s vision for the district of Itu doesn’t stop there though. In the future the company plan to add further parks and residential accommodation to the area the park is located within.
Cacau Park is said to be the first step in a high ambitious master plan that will place Itu at the heart of a globally leading tourist destination increasing both tourism and economic growth within the area.
Other new proposed parks for the area include a Dinosaur Park, a Water Park and an Adventure Park all each offering guests their own uniquely themed experiences.
An exact opening date for Cacau Park is still yet to be set, however given the size of the developer’s proposals it’s safe to say bringing this ambitious tourist destination to life will be no easy feat.
