Alton Towers Announce NEW Behind The Scenes Experience!
Alton Towers have announced a BRAND NEW behind the scenes experience this morning. For the first time since the ride’s reimagining guests will have the chance to step behind the scenes on HEX: The Legend of the Towers giving them access to areas usually off limits to the general public.
The park revealed the new VIP experience this morning (Monday 31st March 2025) on their official website sharing the following details about what you can experience from this enchanting new tour;
“Step inside the legendary Towers for an exclusive Behind the Scenes VIP Experience into the spooky spectacle that is the world of Hex: The Legend of the Towers. Explore the attraction up close with an exciting look into the Drum Cellar, Vault, and Operator Cabin on an immersive walking tour. Uncover the history, heritage and secrets of the building from the ominous Octagon to the awesome technical mastery of the Vault. Plus, get Fastrack access, Express Parking, and a limited-edition pin badge, this is the ultimate experience for every Hex fan!”
Along with today’s announcement Alton Towers have also shared the following official promotional images giving a taste of how the tour will look.
Alton Towers’ NEW behind the scenes experience of HEX is now available to book via the resort’s official website and is priced at £70.00 per person.
As stated previously, those booking will receive the following when booking the new VIP experience;
- Guided tour of the ride and pre-shows
- Exclusive tour of ‘The Drum Cellar’
- One Complimentary Hex Fastrack per Behind-the-Scenes ticket
- Complimentary Express Parking on the date of your visit
- Limited Edition Pin Badge
- Printed Certificate
The HEX behind the scenes tour doesn’t however include park admission and as such those visiting MUST ensure they book their visit before attending on the day.
