Cadbury World Opens NEW RIDE In Time For Easter!

Cadbury World Will Open Their NEW RIDE To The Public In Time For Easter!

Cadbury World will open their New Ride to the public this week in time for the upcoming Easter school holidays!

Cadbury Chocolate Quest as the ride is known will open this Friday 29th March 2024 ahead of the upcoming Easter holidays allowing parents to take their children on an exciting new, chocolatey this April!

Cadbury World’s newest ride forms part of the attraction’s ongoing £8 million cash injection by Merlin Entertainments as the company work to bring new life to the countries iconic tourist attraction.

Cadbury Chocolate Quest will take guests on a chocolate drenched journey as Freddo the Frog takes families on an interactive journey to collect everything they’ll need to make the manufacturer’s signature sweet treat.

Cadbury Button Monkeys will also aid guests in collecting the ingredients and the whole experience will be brought to life through immersive 3D sets, visual screens, scents, sounds and more.

The new ride replaces Cadbury World’s former dark ride Cadabra which operated at the Birmingham based attraction for 27 years before closing it’s doors for the last time earlier this year.

Speaking about Cadbury Chocolate Quest Tim Waters – Divisional Director for the Birmingham Merlin Cluster said;

 “We’re delighted to announce the upcoming opening of Cadbury Chocolate Quest. The new ride will be an opportunity for parents to take their children through a whole new chocolatey experience, with even more fun along the way! The motivation and inspiration behind the new ride comes with larger ambitions for the future of Cadbury World, and we’re excited for our guests to enjoy what’s in store at our attraction this year.”

In addition to the introduction of Cadbury Chocolate Quest at Cadbury World, Tim Waters has also stated that other areas of the famous walk through will receive significant investment and transformations over the coming months too.

These will include improvements being made to The Bourneville Experience, The ‘Have a Go’ area Advertising Avenue and more.

Cadbury World also features an immersive 4D experience in the form of the 4D Chocolate Adventure cinema too.
